Monthly RV Rental /Storage Sites

November - March (5 months):  Primitive sites for $250 per month payment in advance.

November - March (5 months): Electric Sites (no water for winterization) $500 (limited electric when in use only) to $750 (unlimited electric, live on-site) per month payment in advance each month.

10 RV-Sites

4 electric / water hook up RV Sites and
6 primitive boondocking RV sites.  
Porta-potties nearby. Quiet generators allowed.

Back in parking for up to 32 foot towed RV / camper and room for their separate tow vehicles.  Up to 35 foot drivable OK.

RV1- RV4:  30 amp electric hookup and 20 amp gfi and water hook up sites.
Water at spigots is from an untreated mountain spring source and must be considered non-potable. 
$40/night Fri/Sat and $32/night weeknights.


RV5 - RV10: Primitive RV sites: $30/night Fri/Sat, $24/night weeknights. 
The 6 primitive RV sites are quite spacious, gorgeous, surrounded and separated by trees... trees behind and waterfront in front.  You will love them despite not having hook-ups in 2024.

 
RV1 is shorter but has a separate gravel pad for your vehicle adjacent.  RV1 is ideal for 25 foot RV or less RV/ Campers plus tow vehicle.
RV2 through RV10 are ideal for up to 32 foot pull Campers / RV's.  RV3 and RV4 even larger as well as all primitive sites (35 feet max). 

Water and electric are available to all near the office cabin.

These primitive sites also have room for a tent and/or 10x10 easy up canopy.
Room for car(s) at site or adjacent / nearby.


Additional vehicle parking very nearby to all sites if needed.
RV sites includes a large fire ring and 2 slabwood benches 
and a place to put a tent or easy up canopy as well.


Plenty of space for an additional tent and your awning to stretch out when backed in.

RV Dump station:  Coming Soon in 2025....
--> In the town of Parsons is Five Rivers Campground just a few miles away.... and they have an honor system, self-pay $5 dump station that you can use on your way out.
--> Use a search engine to locate Five Rivers Campground in Parsons, drive through main gate, and on the RHS is the self-serve dump station and money box to place your $5.   
--> Please drive slowly in the campground.
